When you use SocialField, we collect:
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash)
- Event data: events you create, bookings you make, and tickets you purchase
- Usage data: pages visited, events viewed, and search queries
- Communications: messages you send to us via email
2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the SocialField platform
- To send you booking confirmations, ticket links, and event notifications you've opted into
- To notify you of events from organizers you follow
- To improve the platform and fix issues
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Firebase (Google): our database and file storage provider
- Resend: our email delivery provider
- Stripe: our payment processor (once live)
- Organizers receive your name when you book their event
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are kept for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account by emailing info@socialfield.uk.

6. Cookies
SocialField uses localStorage (a browser storage mechanism) to keep you logged in between sessions. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
