By using SocialField ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
SocialField is a marketplace connecting event organizers with attendees. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials secure.
Organizers are responsible for the events they list, including accuracy of event details, compliance with applicable laws, and delivering the event as described. Organizers must comply with our Community Guidelines.
Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details before booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the organizer's stated refund policy at the time of booking.
SocialField charges a platform fee on paid ticket sales. The fee structure is displayed during event creation and at checkout. Free tickets are never subject to platform fees.
You may not use SocialField to list events that violate our Community Guidelines, including adult content, illegal activity, or hate speech.
Content you upload to SocialField remains yours. By uploading, you grant SocialField a licence to display and promote it on the platform.
SocialField is a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed by organizers. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SocialField after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
